Team
Licensed engineers Martin Thiele and Markus Linnenberg lead the company as shareholders and managing directors. Both have long-standing experience in planning and implementation of highly complex and demanding hygienic projects.
The team consists of other civil engineers and architects that work on construction management and planning. Each construction project is supported and implemented by an interdisciplinary team of specialists.
On each team there is a shareholder/project manager who is the central contact point for the client.

As a medium-sized company, we value the satisfaction of our employees and support them very much.
The health of our employees is what matters a lot in our daily work; we carry out regular workplace inspections with regard to ergonomic measures and professional equipment of workstations, offer first aid courses and fire drills. We provide our employees with 14-day neck and back massages for muscle relaxation. We also ensure them a healthy portion of vitamins in the form of a box of fruit every week.
