Short description:
A new German center of Transgourmet Deutschland GmbH & Co. OHG was built on a neighboring property next to an existing logistics center in Riedstadt-Wolfskehlen. The building fits the overall context, both in terms of urban development and design.
The building that has been erected has three to four stories and a comb structure. Central building cores in nodal points provide the building with short communication paths between various departments and floors.
A creative and modern working environment was designed for 8,200 m² of usable space for 420 employees.
In addition to the work areas, the building offers special areas such as a central marketplace - a meeting place for employees with a bistro, a parent-child room, a gym, etc. Outside, there are, among other things, pools and a recreational path with fitness equipment.
